Onboard Monitoring System For Commercial Vehicles Field Operational Study Assistance
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for a Technology Vendor to support a planned Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA)-funded study to evaluate the safety benefits of an onboard behavior monitoring system (OBMS) for commercial motor vehicle operations.
