On-site Nephrology Services
The VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System requires full coverage 24/7/365 of on-site Nephrology Services. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel necessary to perform on-site Nephrology Services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System (hereinafter referred to as VASNHCS). The contractor (s) shall cover the full range of Nephrology services as would be provided in a state-of-the-art civilian medical treatment facility and the standard of care be of a quality, meeting or exceeding currently recognized TJC, VA and national standards as establish by the American Society of Nephrology https://www.asn-online.org and American Society of Nephrology (ASN) http://www.asn-online.org/edication/training/fellows/educational-resources.aspx#Guidelines.
