On-Street Parking and Enforcement System

The City is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified firms for the purchase of an integrated software, hardware and service solution to parking citation issuance and on-street payment system. These systems will replace and/or improve the City’s current parking enforcement and on street parking systems. The City’s existing parking enforcement equipment has reached the end of its service life and the on-street parking meters do not adequately provide for various methods of payment desired for optimum customer service.
