The City makes this Request for Proposal in order to select a qualified vendor for providing a service that allows the ability to remotely pay by handheld devices through mobile payment applications for on-street parking. The service is generally described in the “Scope of Services” contained within this RFP, including descriptions of roles, responsibilities and relationship of the vendor, City, and other parties involved in the project.
