On-Line Title Search Services
The contractor shall provide up to date information for on-line title search services for Counties in the State and shall include the posting and maintenance of a geographic index of recorded documents affecting title to real property. On-Line Title Search Service is defined as access via a computer to the Contractor’s title database.
