Proposals are invited from qualified consultants to provide on-call utility coordination and support services for various projects. Services will include locating utilities, evaluating relocation alternatives, scheduling relocations, determining project cost and schedule impacts of utility relocation, coordinating relocation activities among project participants, and other related activities. The contract will be for an initial 3 years, with 2 one-year option terms.
