On-Call Traffic Signal Services - RFQ
THIS IS AN ON-CALL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL SERVICES. Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) are due 4:00PM, Friday, July, 17, 2009, Department of Transportation, New City Hall, 915 I St, Room 2000, Sacramento, CA 95814. SOQs are to be submitted to David Flores, Jr., MPA, Contracts and Compliance Specialist. No pre-proposal meeting is planned or scheduled. There is a 20% Emerging and Small Business Enterprise (E/SBE) participation requirement on this project. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the submission being declared not responsive to the RFQ requirements.
