On-Call Title Services
The City is seeking competitive proposals from professional on-call title services firms. These services will support real estate studies, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. The goal, through this Request for Proposals (RFP) and subsequent award of an On-Call Title Services Contract (Contract), is to select a highly qualified and experienced proposer capable of providing on-call title services. The term of the contract will be up to three years.
