On-Call Labor Relations Services
The Port of Los Angeles is seeking proposals to provide labor relations professional services on an as-needed basis by establishing a pool of available consultants which the Department can draw from to represent the Port in connection with employee appeals from disciplinary actions filed with the City of Los Angeles' Civil Service Commission, grievance arbitrations filed with the City's Employee Relations Board, and unfair labor practice charges filed with the City's Employee Relations Board.
