On-Call Graffiti Removal Services
This Contract involves on-call services to remove vandalism in various forms known as "graffiti" in, around, and on City owned property, structures, or appurtenances. This Contract may also involve re-coating of the areas damaged, and in some cases the application of anti graffiti surface coating to provide continued protection and expedite removal at locations which have been identified as being a potential risk for further damage. Graffiti removal shall be conducted in a manner that will not cause permanent damage to treated surfaces. If damage occurs, the Contractor shall be responsible to refinish the surface to match existing at no additional cost to the city.
