On-Call Environmental, Planning and Traffic Engineering Consultant Services
The City is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to establish a list of qualified on-call environmental, planning and traffic engineering related consulting companies. The City intends to place one or more qualified companies on a pre-approved, on-call consultant list after the evaluation process. The City will then choose consultants from this list on an as-needed basis as projects come up. This list will remain valid for five years after it is approved by the City.
