On-Call Engineering and Survey Services
Prepare plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for various capital improvement projects, e.g., street, storm drain, water, and sewer improvements. The Consultant should have appropriate design engineer on staff to provide said services. Provide design survey services, mapping services, and construction survey staking. The Consultant should have in-house staff to provide such services.
