On Demand Consultant Professional Services Contract
The intent of this RFP is to acquire a comprehensive resource for specialized services which the County does not have existing in-house staff in order to address a number of highly critical operational needs. Services desired include a range of skilled resources to accomplish projects and programs as the need arises.
