On Call Professional Engineering Services
Nassau County Office of Housing and Intergovernmental Affairs (OHIA) is currently seeking proposals from qualified individuals and entities authorized to perform engineering services in the State of New York, to provide technical assistance and consulting services for the Nassau County Urban Consortium. The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to establish a pre-qualified list of engineers in order to provide on call professional design services, consulting services,data collection, construction inspection services, CAD drafting for public facilities projects and development projects including but not limited to: the reconstruction of downtown streetscapes, parking lots, playgrounds, and commercial rehabilitation projects, including handicapped accessibility modifications, public facilities, mixed-use and residential development projects. Once a list of engineers/engineering firms is established, it will be available for individual assignments for a period of up to four years.
