the City intends to solicit proposals and contract for the services of one or more consultants to provide professional services in the area of professional graphic design for marketing purposes in the form of design, layout and mechanicals of publications and printed materials for a variety of publications such as: banners, newsletters, flyers, signage, and public displays to name a few. The selected consultant(s) shall be responsible for the included specifications, terms, and conditions shown in this RFP.
