On Call Contracting Services for Plumbing
The City seeks proposals from qualified trade contractors interested in providing “on-call” commercial Plumbing maintenance and repairs through an on call contracting services (OCCS). The City currently owns approximately 400 buildings, 200 City Parks, with an additional 35 leased office spaces that require a variety of commercial Carpentry maintenance and repairs services.
