On Call AE Design Services for Small Projects
The University is seeking proposals for on call
architectural/engineering services for small projects (average $25K for
architectural/engineering fees) for the University.
The Architect will be required to provide complete design services as
requested (i.e., Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction
Documents, Bidding, Construction Administration and Post Construction)
as well as any other identified special services on individual projects on a
task order basis. The On Call AE contracts are anticipated to be used
primarily at the University institutions in the Baltimore
region, however, they may be used at any University institution.
