Sources Sought Notice
The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO), on behalf of the Salisbury VA Medical Center is conducting market research through this Sources Sought Notice to seek sources for Olympus URF-P6 Superslim Flexible Fiberoptic Ureteroscopes. This is a Brand Name ONLY requirement to be compatible with existing Olympus system CV90 and CLV90. Offeror must be an authorized distributor for the manufacturer. The manufacturer is Olympus.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 339112 and the Classification code is 6515. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified businesses. The responses to this announcement will assist in socio-economic set-aside feasible. The Veterans Administration is required by Public Law 104-9 to give first priority to SDVOSB and VOSB concerns if there should be sufficient firms available to compete enter a set-aside.
This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and all information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government.
