Old Montross Police Barracks Renovations
The 410th Contracting Brigade Regional Contracting Office, San Antonio issues a Request for quotes (RFQ) to
award a single firm fixed price contract to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and any other necessary items to renovate / improve the Old Montross Police Barracks located at Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
These renovated barracks will be used to provide lodging to the Soldiers, Marines and airmen participating in
Tradewinds 2019 exercise. The work consists of enclosing the laydown area with an approximate 850 linear feet
of 10 ft. high chain link fence, including a 20 feet wide vehicle gate and barracks renovations which consist of installing 10 ceiling fans and repairing sections of the damaged roof.

Contractor to perform all work required by the SOW, exhibits and specifications.
