Notice to Bidders Notice is hereby given that the City of Bethany, Oklahoma will receive sealed bids in the office of the City Clerk until 5:00 PM CST on Tuesday, September 1, 2009 for the following project: Lime Sludge Excavation & Trucking. Bids shall be made in accordance with the "Notice to Bidders", Information for Bidders", General Specifications and Requirements" and "Bid Package". Bid packets are available by contacting Reggie Bartlett at 405-789-1421. The submitted bids will be opened and read aloud during the scheduled meeting of the Bethany City Council, located at City Hall, 6700 NW 36th Street, Bethany, Oklahoma at 7:30 PM CST on Tuesday, September 1, 2009. Bids received after 5:00 PM CST on the above date for submission, will not be accepted and the bid will be returned unopened. There will be no exception to this policy.
