Oil Dependence Reduction Assessment
The Governor’s Energy Office is issuing this “Request for Proposals” (RFP) for a Provider to develop an oil dependence reduction assessment report. The provider will be responsible for developing and delivering an assessment report for reducing the use of oil in all sectors of the Maine economy. The report should be based on the use of existing state and federal energy data, including data from the state’s climate action plan, the comprehensive state energy plan, the Efficiency Maine Trust triennial plan and analyses completed by the federal government, non-profit organizations and other stakeholders.
