Oil Analyzer
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation #W9124V-18-R-5007 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-99, Effective 16 July 2018 and DFARS Current to DPN 20180629, Effective 29 June 2018, Edition.
This requirement is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside acquisition IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). NAICS Code – 334516. Size standards are 1,000 employees.
This RFQ has seven (7) line items. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type purchase order is anticipated. All items are BRAND NAME or EQUAL. Salient characteristic is it must be able to analyze the following:
Engine Oil – water (ppm), oxidation (Abs/0.1mm), TBN (mg KOH/g), Sulfation (Abs/0.1mm), Nitration (Abs/cm), Soot (%), Glycol (%), Anti Wear (%).
Transmission Oil – water (ppm), oxidation (Abs/0.1mm)
Hydraulic Oil – water (ppm), TAN (mg KOH/g)
