Oil/Water Separator Maintenance
John F. Kennedy Center is requesting a qualified service provider to perform an annual inspection as well as provide maintenance to its Oil Water Separators. Vendors shall provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, and transportation for Oil Water Separators. Vendors shall plan, coordinate, and ensure the effective completion of all service calls.
The intention of this solicitation is to award a Firm Fixed Price contract to a Servicing Entity with the capability to pump out its Oil Water Separators for one base year plus four option years at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, technical factors, past performance and pricing considered.
Offerors must be registered in the Contractor's Central Registration (CCR) in order to participate in this procurement. Registration can be accomplished at https://www.sam.gov
All vendors requiring a site visit should RSVP via email in order to attend the scheduled site visit on Thursday, July 28th at 10am.
