No telephone requests will be accepted. Request for written quotation for NOUN: Ohmmeter PRON: AX4Q0161AX, NSN: 6625-01-625-1970, PN: R1L-BR1, Quantity: 30 each applicable to the OH-58D. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery is 30 each 150 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 50 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This item is restricted to Tegam, Inc, Cage Code 49374, because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All prospective manufacturers, or distributors, seeking to compete for a solicitation for Aviation and Missile Life Cycle Management Command (AMCOM) Spares, for any restricted source parts, are required to be an AMCOM approved source. To obtain approval, vendors must submit a SAR package, for review and approval, to the Engineering Directorate (ED), Quality Engineering Division. Source approval must be obtained prior to being considered for contract award. Approvals are made on an individual part number basis for a specific manufacturing location (CAGE). Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by following the SAR submission guidance provided on the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar.
