This Proposal has been developed to provide the opportunity for partnerships of interested parties from each of the states regions (designated by the Ohio Department of Development) to submit a proposal outlining their thoughts regarding the development of an Ohio Hub within their region. It is the intent of the Department to select a first group of Hubs for funding by April 19, 2010. The designation will be accompanied by financial resources to assist the Hub to move forward and begin to implement its program within six to 12 months.
