Offutt AFB
The Government is planning on executing a minimum of 2 BPAs to utilize firing ranges. The requested services consists of the USAF Offutt AFB Combat Arms section utilizing your outdoor/indoor range facilities. Offutt AFB is requesting that the firing range facility to be within an hour commute. The 55th Wing will provide transportation, equipment, and personnel to complete the firing mission associated with Offutt AFB. The gun range will be responsible to ensure range is available to the 55th Wing through coordination of the 55th Combat Arms section. Range availability will be coordinated as an on needed basis for Monday through Friday 0700-2200. The Combat Arms section will give as much notice as possible to gun range facility for use of the range, with a minimum of 72 hours. In a case of a last minute range need the BPA authorized call list personnel will coordinate with gun range personnel on an as needed basis. Additionally, the USAF will only fire the M9 (Beretta), M4 Rifle (5.56MM Carbine).
