Fully Integrated Records Facility (Offsite Document Control Center)
This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluations and Solicitation for commercial items-as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This Request for Proposal (RFP) announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued. The Government contemplates a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract resulting from this solicitation.
The contractor shall provide a fully integrated records facility (FIRF) that adheres to the requirements set forth in the solicitation.
This procurement is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. It is anticipated that an award will be made for a 60 month ordering period (12 month base period with four 12 month optional periods). Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to the award of a contract. Vendors may register by going to www.sam.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541611 with a Small Business Size Standard of $14.0 million.

Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and amendments. It is the responsibility of the offeror to monitor the FedBizOpps website for the release of any amendments.
