Office furniture for USARPAC Public Affairs Office, Fort Shafter,HI
This will be a firm fixed-price purchase contract. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, parts and any other non-Government-furnished items to design and install 12 work stations and three (3) semi-private work station/offices in Building X0662, Fort Shafter, Hawai'i. Each workstation (including semi-private) to consist of chair, L-shaped desk with a two-drawer set and a three-drawer set, and overhead storage cabinets. Each semi-private workstation/office to also include two (2) guest chairs. Additional furniture required: one (1) two-door metal storage cabinet with key lock ( height ~72 inches) with adjacent or separate printer stand/shelf. Disassembly, removal and transfer of existing furniture to a designated Government storage facility is required; location to be specified in solicitation.
The solicitation is estimated to be posted on ASFI on or about 29 May 2014 and will include site visit information. Actual quote due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 23 June 2014.
