The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 3,563 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class and high quality office space. Lease term requirement is for 10 years, 4 months firm and be fully serviced. Office space located within the floodplain cannot be considered. The area to be considered shall be enclosed within the delineate area of; NORTH: Route 8, EAST: Route 9, SOUTH: Route 10 (Woodside), WEST: Route 15.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
