Office Space for Government Agency
The State, Department of Administration is seeking to lease approximately 60,000 to 70,000 gross rentable square feet of office space in the County. The Department of Health Services will occupy this facility. The full occupancy date is approximately February 1, 2010. We are seeking a Ten-year lease term with options totaling 25 years. All facilities must meet requirements of handicapped accessibility and health and safety standards.
