Office Space Lease

The City invites proposals to lease office space, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications herein. The City expects to house many different departments in one building in Downtown Salem. These offices shall provide administrative services to the citizens of the City. Meetings and Public Hearings are held on site during normal working hours and some evenings.
