Office Renovation Project
The project will provide new offices, conference room, workstations, and new break-room. Work consists of both demolition and new construction. Existing walls, doors, ceilings and interior finishes will be removed. New walls and ceilings will be constructed. New plumbing, ductwork, HVAC controls and electrical wiring will provide updates to the existing building system. Fire alarm system tie-in and sprinkler system modifications will be required.
