Office Renovation
Office Renovation scope will cover approximately 3,700 SF of existing office space. The office renovation will require demo and renovation work as detailed in Contract Documents. Any and all demo work required is responsibility of Contractor. Any and all make safe for mechanical, electrical and plumbing will be responsibility of Contractor. The office renovation will require new construction including, but not limited to, drywall, finishes, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fixtures, concrete, formwork, site civil grading, flooring, as shown on the Contract Documents.
