Office Remodel
The scope will be the demolition and interior finish-out of approximately 1,815 GSF of existing space in the Police Station Building (S), level 2. The space will require demolition and new construction including, but not limited to, ceilings, flooring, partitions, painting, new accessories, Contractor furnished and installed equipment, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, mechanical equipment, fire alarm, fire protection, controls, testing and commissioning as shown on the drawings.
