Additional Requirements: Close proximity to McDill AFB is most pertinent due to traviling back and forth to the base. Conference room for meeting for up to 25 personnel. Space must be capable of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). Space must be class A or equivalent that will appear to high profile clients. All Space must clearly meet PBS standards for ADA.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
