Offensive Missile Systems Analysis and Support
This posting by the Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC), is the official Request for Proposal (RFP) for OFFENSIVE MISSILE SYSTEMS ANALYSIS AND SUPPORT, HHM402-14-R-0025. This is a full and open competition. Please review the RFP in its entirety and submit proposals accordingly. Separately attached is the Pricing Model (excel spreadsheet for Attachment 1 of the RFP). Please use this spreadsheet to input proposed pricing for the ordering periods and submit with the pricing proposal. Additionally, the Past Performance Questionnaire is also provided as a separate attachment.
* All questions are due via email to [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected] no later than (NLT) 12:00 (Noon) CT on Friday, 20 June 2014. Answers will be provided as an amendment to this RFP via FEDBIZOPS on or about 30 June 2014, unless the Government deems more time is necessary to answer questions. All questions or concerns shall be addressed to the Contracting Office only. Any attempt to contact the program office relative to this requirement will be grounds for disqualification.
* Proposals shall be submitted NLT than 10:00am CT on Monday, 21 July 2014, in accordance with the RFP Instructions to Offerors (ITO).
