Please submit your price to lease to the County, including installation and maintenance, a complete offender tracking system utilizing Global Positioning Technology and Standard Radio Frequency Technology. The intent of this Request for Proposals is to lease an Offender Monitoring and Tracking system that utilizes Global Positioning Satellite Technology (GPS) and standard Radio Frequency (RF) technology. Such system is to be monitored by the vendor and utilized by County Probation Department staff.
