All-Terrain style wheelchair with 4x4 or tracked chair.
Chair to be mobile for on and off trails year-around including snow.
Chair to tilt forwards and backwards with adjustable head, arm and leg rest(s).
Battery operated (12 or 24 volt system) with 6 mile minimum range.
Chair speed must move at least 5 mph.
On-board battery charger.
Chair to include a 3 point harness/safety belt.
Attendant controls on back of chair, along with standard operator controls.
Operator controls must shut off when the attendant controls are 'ON'.
Optional: Chair to be equipped with front and/or rear lighting.
