Odor Reporting Web Application and is accepting proposals in response to this Request for Proposal in order to find a qualified source to provide a web application, backend database, web hosting and reporting. Our goal with the Odor Reporting Web Application is enable residents to quickly and with ease, report odors observed that are out of the ordinary. Specifically, odors emitting from a landfill or from construction efforts.
