Occupational Therapy

The delivery of occupational therapy services will continue to be provided to individuals living
in community-based residences and will include evaluations and assessments with
recommendations.
The individual or organization that the Department enters into a contract shall provide
occupational therapist services as follows:
Express in an hourly-rate occupational therapy services up to a maximum 3,300 hours (2
OTs) per fiscal year. The OTs may provide therapy services and supports as directed by
the Department to clients of the Division who receive
community-based services in addition to services provided to the Center. The
individual or organization may bid in part or for the grand total of 3,300 hours per year.
However, the total number of therapists shall not exceed three.
