Occupational Health Services for USACE Nashville
The Government is issuing this Request for Information to determine a competitive basis. This is not a solicitation. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this survey.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District is conducting market research to get an idea of what industry is currently pricing for occupational health services. These services would include medical surveillance, operator and employment examinations, immunizations, and medical records management and archival services.
Providers of Occupational Health Services must be able to provide:
Medical Surveillance Exams
Respirator Medical Clearance
Hearing Conservation Program
Work Clearance/Equipment Operator Exams
Medical Review of all components by an Occupational Health Physician
Deployment Exams
Travel and Occupational Exposure Immunizations
Wellness Immunizations for project offices
Archival of medical records (NOTE: If applicable, employee medical records created or maintained must be managed according to the OPM Govt-10 System of Records Notice and archived to National Archives and Records Administration.)
