Obturating Ring, IAW Drawing 9310339 Rev V dated 1 Apr 2013 and Specification MIL-DTL-70548A dated 9 Apr 2009; and Drawing 12977454 Rev J date 26 Sept 2011 and Specification DTL 12977454A dated 1 Oct 2012. First Article Test is required. End Items: 81mm, M853 Illum and M816 IR; 120mm, M930 Illum, and M983 IR.
The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) intends to issue a Request for Quote, W52P1J-14-T-3029, to the Army Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) at http://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on or about June 19, 2014 with a closing date of 15 days after issuance. This procurement will be a firm-fixed price, Competitive, Small Business Set-Aside. The requirement is for a base quantity of 86,100ea of the 81mm Obturating Ring and 65,000ea of the 120mm Obturating Ring. The applicable NAICS code is 332722 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. FOB: Destination, Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, AR.
