Questions concerning this formal Request for Proposal shall be submitted electronically via email to the following address: [email protected] by 4:00 p.m. (EST), Thursday, June 26, 2014.
Answers to questions that CDC/NIOSH determines to be necessary for proposal preparation will be returned via email on or about Wednesday, July 2, 2014 Technical questions submitted by telephone or verbally will not be honored. Please group your questions by RFP solicitation sections A through M.
EACH question submitted by the Offeror shall be numbered and include:
(1) SOW section number and/or title (including subparagraph designations) or solicitation section and/or title being referenced.
(2) Complete description of the question
NOTE: Questions submitted in chart or graph format will not be accepted.
