The Board of Regents for the University of Oklahoma invites proposals for qualified staffing firms and consultants to assist the University in a comprehensive, strategic effort to provide world class information technology (IT) services and in the implementation of new IT projects and services. The University views this initiative as an effort of vital impact which may require a variety of staffing services and consulting over a protracted period of time.
