OSUS STREAMING DATA SPECIFICATION
The Virginia Contracting Activity (VACA) has a requirement for developing, delivering, testing and evaluating open source software that can be added to the Open Standard for Unattended Sensor (OSUS) standard to incorporate support for Full Motion Video (FMV) and Streaming Data. Selection for award will be made to the offeror whose proposal is the best value to the Government based upon evaluations of proposals in the areas of technical/management, past performance and cost. VACA intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for this effort on or around 16 July 2014. The Government anticipates issuing a Cost Plus Fixed Fee type contract. It is anticipated the contract will have a one year period of performance. Primary place of performance will be at the contractor's facility.
