OSP Network Maintenance, Monitoring, and Locating
Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Jones Utilities, Inc., under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for the outside plant dark fiber leasing including monitoring, locating and routine/emergency services in support of the Joint Serivce Provider as Jones Utilities is the fiber owner and has control and access to the fiber and equipment.
This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
