OSAN AIR BASE - Pool and Lifeguarding Services
The contractor shall provide all management, labor, transportation, equipment, and materials necessary to provide preventative maintenance, repair services, routine upkeep, and lifeguard services for the Osan Air Base outdoor swimming pool. The contractor shall be required to maintain the pool and surrounding areas in accordance with the standards set forth by the Air Force Occupational Safety and Health Standards (swimming pools, spas, and hot tubs and bathing areas) 48-14, Air Force Instruction Outdoor Recreation Programs for Swimming and Aquatics 34-110, 51st Force Support Squadron Instruction for Outdoor Recreation Swimming Pool Program 34-105. Period of performance is 26 May - 5 September 2017. Phase in period shall begin 15 May 2017. Phase out period is from 06 September 2017 to 15 September 2017. Phase in and Phase out periods are at no additional cost to the government.
