ORAL SURGERY
The contractor will provide oral surgical dentistry services by providing general anesthesia PO, IM or IV conscious sedation for periodontal and oral surgery for Center individuals. Services will be performed at a local hospital within a 30 mile radius of the facility or in the practitioner’s office.
