OR GRANT 24(1) Granite Hill Road Reconstruction Project
Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is conducting a geotechnical subsurface investigation comprised of a base item, the Granite Hill Road Reconstruction project [OR GRANT 24(1)] and one option item, the North Powder Lane Reconstruction Project [OR UNION 101(1)].
This procurement is a small business set aside. WFL intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm-fixed price commercial items services purchase order for geotechnical investigation services.
All offerors are required to submit a quote using a SF 1449 and providing the information required from the "Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors and Respondents" section of the RFQ. All responses from responsible offerors, received before the due date and time, shall be considered by the agency. Price must be determined fair and reasonable and the offeror must be determined responsible pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1.
