This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB) Concerns that have been verified by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) in accordance with 38 CFR B' 74 VA Veteran-Owned Small Business Verification Guidelines and appear in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database found at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code associated with this procurement is 519130 Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals and the small business size standard is 1000 employees.

All items shall be shipped Free on Board (FOB) Destination by 45 days after the effective date of contract.
